Born from a frustration with how Indian furniture was sold.
In 2020, our founders — both long-time furniture enthusiasts — walked into store after store across Delhi NCR and came home empty-handed. Everything was either cheaply made and priced deceptively high, or imported, impractical, and unaffordable for the average Indian family.
So they did what most people only talk about: they went directly to the craftsmen. Workshops in Jodhpur, Jaipur, and Saharanpur that had spent generations making furniture for export — but never for the Indian market on Indian terms.
WoodenMango was built to fix that. A direct line between master craftsmen and Indian homes, with no showroom markups, no unnecessary middlemen, and no compromises on the wood or the workmanship.
